Growing up, my Dad always had a camcorder in his hands. My entire childhood was caught on video - my first steps, my first bath, every birthday and every. single. holiday. 

Each year during holiday season, my family and I sit down and rewatch these old home videos. (Yes, still to this day!) I have always been so thankful that my dad did this, but it wasn’t until I graduated high school that I picked up my own love for filming. I went to California for my senior trip - a place high on my bucket list. I wanted to remember and capture every detail, so I chose to film it. 

I absolutely loved the footage I captured. Not only for the memories of it, but also for the story it told and emotion it showed. I loved it so much that I put some of it together and posted the video online. I got a lot of love on this “travel film.” So much that someone reached out to me to film their wedding!

Fast forward a few years and many weddings - I’m in love. There’s something so beautiful and special about watching, hearing and feeling all of your favorite moments over again. Reliving them. Especially your wedding day.
